Prioritize user pains
Through this spreadsheet, it is possible to list, categorize, and prioritize user pains. This way, the reason for each action taken becomes much clearer for the team. With a simple category system, the spreadsheet calculates a score that helps the team prioritize the most important pains.
Skills Mapping
This worksheet allows you to analyze and plan technical and behavioral developments with your team member. From the registration of the technical evaluation, it is possible to choose some skills and make an individual development plan (IDP) for skills, in addition to monitoring the evolution of the team member.
